Short and sweet...before dinner I like to have a refreshing fruit smoothie and a salad with lots of vegetables so I just have room for a tiny dinner. I love the fact that my weight stays the same but I'm not on a diet. AND the best part...everything I eat tastes good!
The other best part is I feel happy and calm. While stressful things happen around me I just jam out to a Blondie song in my head.
